Steel stream

I grin and laugh at silver.

Silver turns to Ghost and says growling "whats so fucking funny."

Nothing. I avert my eyes. Someone's a little cranky. I roll over laughing.

Eddie picked Silver up by her scruff, frowning though his mouth was full of shiny gray fur, "I think you need to be calm." He wouldn't let her wiggle out of his maw, "At least until this loner is dealt with, until then, I'm going to hold you captive."

"I think you would like that Eddie." Silver said as she tried to wiggle from his maw.

Returning to the den side, she actually expected that the loner was already dealt with, yet she could see Silver yelling in a hostile manner at the pack. She was right, though, they should've kept an eye open. It shouldn't happen that strangers were simply intruding their territory without the pack noticing them. 'Shit, I could have prevent that.' The ivory fae scolded herself within her mind before heading towards their pissed Alphess, hoping that the situation would settle and the silvery fae would slowly calm down.
However, that male, that goddamn male had to interfere once again. 
He lifted her, like a mother would lift her pup to bring it back to the den, yet this situation was completely different. Silver was no pup. Eddie was no mother. His behaviour was not acceptable, it was beyond rude and obviously out of order. He was disrespecting the Alphess, scolding her like a little pup. She'd have ripped his limbs apart for that.
Aurora placed her paw right in front of the tall brute, her lips vibrating in aggression as she was snarling thunderously. "Who on earth do you think you are?" She stepped closer, her eyes narrowed, pupils grewing smaller as she was really pissed. "This is our Alphess, you have absolutely no right to act like this." It didn't matter who he was actually treating like this, she didn't trust this male and this was yet another sign for her to keep that attitude towards this mysterious brute. "Let. Her. Down." Aurora wasn't pleading at all. She was ordering, demanding.

Silver saw Aruora geting pissed and said "Aurora clam down. You are promoted to be a guard of mine. You are my right hand lady." Silver said happy to see her change.

As Silver interupted and told her to calm, the warrioress parted her jaws in disagreement since Silver was being treated completely wrong by this brute. Yet no sound escaped her lips as she heard the following words of the Alphess, promoting the winged canine to her personal guard. 
"What..." 
She was surely surpirsed, eyes widely opened and eyebrows lifted. Well, Aurora obviously didn't await this. However, as soon as she pulled herself together with a shake of her head to get her thoughts straight, she bowed her head in respect, saying in a professional manner "Thank you, Alphess." Before raising her body once again, nodding at the higher ranked canidae. Her expression hardened as her eyes met with a massive body of muscle who was still holding the Alphess in it's maw. "I'd still feel better seeing you standing on your own." She would stress the last part, glaring at Eddie yet smiling at the silvery fae.

"You geard her Eddie put me down i would feel alot better if i was standing i feel like a pup when i am not one." She said agreeing with Auroras words.

Eddie laughed, unimpressed by Aurora's show of bravery. However, he did listen to Silver and set her on her feet, but took care to stand at her side, making sure she would do nothing she'd likely later regret. At her first comment, the brute simply chuckled and spoke his mind toward such...flirtatious actions, "Sparrow, I suggest you get those hormones in check. I don't plan to ravage you yet." he winked, "Emphasis being on 'yet.'"
"And Aurora, I trust you will be smarter not to insult me in the future." He smiled at both of them in his usual, charming way. "I'll take my leave, thank you very much..."

So very bold...acting this way toward me, the both of them. He smirked, I hate that I'm this attractive. Laugh all you want, Ghost.

I redouble my efforts as I hear those thoughts, I laugh twice as hard.

Hey, Aurora lighten up. I get up after my laughing fit. I walk up to her. I bend over to whisper in her ear. He will learn, eventually.

"And Ghost, I trust that you will not share my innermost thoughts." Eddie didn't smile, his long  face without any expression besides the snarl fixed permanently onto his resting face by these damn teeth of his. He was ignoring the little orange fae, tuning her out, without any thoughts of what she thought he was or what he thinks about the current situations. The only thing going on in his head was a desperate need to not think about his previous chase.
It flickered in delicious light beneath his eyelids, showing a dark gray wolf being chased through the forest, blood leaked from its belly. Eddie wiped the thought away, continuing his walk into the forest. Every few yards, he looked back to make sure he wasn't followed by Silver or anybody else. If Ghost wanted to see his thoughts (and he had no choice in the matter) he could, because he would understand most of it, aside from what he did to his victims, but if that little nosy Angel wanted to see...no...that wouldn't do.
Silver wouldn't understand either, that purple fae would likely be chased off, so that just left him and Ghost.

As long as you keep to yourself, so will I.

I nod to Eddie over my offer. I then vanish and appear atop the rocky outcrop once again. I look around to search for any trouble. My head jerks back as I spot Aurora, surprisingly close to where I currently sit, just twenty wolf strides away. I see that she is asleep, and I make a wise decision not to disturb her. I turn back around and keep looking over the territory. I get lost in deep thought as I remember the past millennia in which I have lived here in the area. I unconsciously start to mumble to myself. "To many lives I have taken. To many of my brethren I have slaughtered. So many souls to play with, and so little time."

Silver watched eddue leave and said to Aurora. "Its ok aruroa you did not know apparently no one did its not your fault."

I vanish and appear by the stream, eyes glowing red. I mumble to silver. "So many souls to play with, and so little time. Would you agree?" My expression is blank as I ask her that question.

Silver stares out as she hears Ghost and says "yes. Yes i do agree."

"Acceptable." Eddie mumbled to Ghost, though he was likely out of earshot.

Silver heard Eddie fron afar. She smiled in her mond progecting it to Eddie so he can see her smile. "Your not planning to leave again are you Ghost. I would be greatly disappointed of you did." She said. "This are not the same when you leave." She said as she remembered the last time he left and what state it put her in. She progects the image in to only Ghost mind.

There isn't a day that goes by where my nature doesn't call to me. Ghost wolves aren't meant to stay in one place. We were built to hunt, to go to our prey, not sit and wait. It's been years since I've led a soul to the afterlife. But my purpose still calls to me.

Silver nuzzles Ghost neck like she always dose but this time she stays there and tajes in his scent and sighs happily.

I smile. I then stare into the distance.
